Returns & Refunds Policy
We understand that there are times when a product needs to be returned. It could be a change of heart, there is a fault with the product, or the product is no longer required. In any case we can assist you.
You are able to request a refund or exchange no more than 14 days after the product is delivered to you as long as it is still in it’s original, unopened packaging.
In following with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we will also accept returns for products that have been opened if it is only in the instance whereby you as the customer have only inspected the product and decided against the purchase. In this scenario we will inspect the return (upon receiving the product back) to ensure that the product is in a ‘new’ condition and is returned in the original, undamaged packaging.
The products must not have been used or activated or have any data installed onto them.
All returns must come back with all accessories and any gifts that were provided as part of the purchase.
Whilst a product is in your possession pending a return, you must ensure that reasonable care is taken. To ensure a return can be processed, all that can be done to keep the products in the best condition possible must be done.
In the unfortunate event that a product has or develops a fault, we will do our best to make any returns or repair service as smooth and painless as possible.
If the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation) we will always offer you either a repair, exchange or refund (subject to availability). If the fault with your product occurs within its manufacturer guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a repair or replacement service in conjunction with the product manufacturer.
In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
If you unpack your product and find it damaged, you can return the product to us via mail of our store within 48 hours of delivery.
In order to request a refund, please do contact us at info@NXtech.co.uk and quote your order number. Please do also identify which products you would like refunded.
Once we have received the products back from you, we will give you a refund on the cost of the product alone. All shipping costs unfortunately are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount, unless the product was deemed faulty or damaged whereby we will give a full refund on delivery too.
We reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded to you if any loss in value is a result of your handling of the product(s).
Please allow 5-10 working days for any refund amounts to be credited to your payment card.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
